GrowthProof privacy policy

This policy covers the residential GrowthProof reporting app operated by SIXTH VISION PTY LTD for sixthvision.com.au. It explains the app's Google connection and report handling. It does not describe every service offered on the photography website.

Information the app accesses

• Search Console: accessible property identifiers, search queries, page URLs, clicks, impressions, click-through rates, average positions, and selected URL inspection results.
• Google Analytics: accessible account, property and web-stream identifiers, aggregate users, sessions, landing pages, events, key-event counts and reported revenue measures.
• The assigned Sheet: configuration, reporting tables, lead records and the change ledger. Weekly summaries use the dates, enquiry and qualification records, won-job indicators and revenue entered there.
• Operational records: refresh times, connection and execution status, property identifiers, row counts and error details.

How the information is used

The information supports the reports, connection checks, website improvement analysis and weekly summaries described on the GrowthProof information page. The reporting script reads Google source data and writes results to its assigned Sheet. It does not alter the connected Analytics or Search Console property.

Google-derived information is used for these reporting features. The script does not send that information to advertising systems, data brokers, or AI model-training services. Its use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and access

Reports are stored in the assigned Google Sheet. The script runs in Google Apps Script and may record operational information in Google's execution logs. Google manages the sign-in and authorisation process; this public information page does not collect your Google password or store report data.

People with access to the Sheet can view its reports according to its sharing permissions. Authorised Sixth Vision staff and support providers may review those reports for the reporting service, maintenance and troubleshooting. Administrators control collaborators and any exports or copies they create. Residential and Commercial authorisations and reports are kept separate.

Retention, correction and deletion

Generated reporting tables are replaced as the app refreshes its reporting window. Manually entered records, setup logs and any retained copies remain until an authorised administrator removes them. Removing the Google connection does not automatically erase existing Sheet data or Google's version history and backups.

To stop future access, remove the app connection in your Google Account connections and ask the administrator to disable its refresh trigger. To request access, correction, deletion of stored report information or removal of an exported copy, contact Sixth Vision at sixthvision.mel@gmail.com and identify the residential GrowthProof report. Do not email passwords or authentication codes.

Changes and questions

The effective date above identifies this policy. Material changes to Google data use will be disclosed before that changed use, with renewed consent where required. For privacy questions or concerns, use the contact address above.
